Making muvr.co.uk usable for everyone

We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. We're building it to recognised accessibility standards, and we treat accessibility as part of doing the job properly, not an extra.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means clear text and good contrast, content that works with a keyboard and with screen readers, descriptive links, and text alternatives for images.

CLIENT TO CONFIRM: after the build is tested, state honestly whether the site fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA, partially meets it (and where it falls short), or is working towards it. Do not claim full conformance unless it's true.

Tell us about a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, please contact us and we'll help:

We'll respond and do our best to put the problem right.

Reasonable adjustments

As a business serving the public, we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments so disabled customers can use our services. That applies to how we work as well as to this website — if you need an adjustment to how we survey, quote or carry out your move, just ask.
