We are a new company, and we say so plainly. There are no decades of history to point to, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is a way of working you can see for yourself: a survey before every move, a written plan, one person who owns that plan from start to finish, and crews trained to treat your home and your belongings as carefully as you do.
These are not decoration. Each one describes something we actually do.
Care begins before anything is lifted. We protect floors, banisters, doorways and lift interiors first. Furniture is wrapped in proper blankets, fragile pieces packed in materials chosen for the item, and everything carried by enough hands to carry it safely. At the other end, items go where you want them — beds rebuilt, boxes in the right rooms — not left in a pile by the door.
Precision comes from planning. Every move starts with a survey, in person or by video, so we know exactly what's moving, how it's accessed, and where it's going. From that we build a written plan and a clear quote. One move manager owns it, coordinates the crew, and is your single point of contact throughout.
Reliability is simply doing what we said we would. We arrive when we agreed, carry out the move we quoted for, and keep you informed through the day. If something needs to change, you hear it from us first.

A move is only as good as the people carrying it out. Our crews are vetted, trained and work in MÜVR uniform. They are briefed on your move before they arrive, so they know what's fragile, what's valuable and what matters to you. Discretion is part of the job — for some clients it's the most important part.
We are building MÜVR's operations around the British Association of Removers' Code of Practice — the only removals code approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. We are not yet a member; membership requires a track record and an independent inspection, and we will pursue it as we earn it. In the meantime, the Code is the standard we hold ourselves to.
On insurance, we believe in being precise rather than vague. There is an important difference between liability cover, which caps what a mover pays per item, and full transit insurance, which protects your belongings for their actual declared value. We'll explain exactly what your move includes and help you declare any high-value items so nothing falls through the gaps.
We'll survey before we quote, plan before we pack, and tell you the truth about cost, cover and timing. You'll have one point of contact throughout. And we'll treat the day as what it is — not a job on a list, but the day you move home.
